This instrument is set up to run as a Gel Permeation Chromatograph (GPC) or HPLC in our lab. It is equipped with two LC-8A Preparative Liquid Chromatograph pumps for binary or isocratic solvent systems. Sample elution is detected using both a dual channel variable wavelength detector as well as a refractive index detector. Furthermore, this instrument is also equipped with a fraction collector.
